All orders will have shipping charges added unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are based on weight and size of package, and destination zip code. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order is received. This does not apply to custom or special orders, which can take up to 5 business days to ship.
WildCard is not responsible for customer providing incorrect address during checkout. Items are shipped to the address provided. However, we understand mistakes happen so please contact us to see if we can help.
Currently, we only ship orders to the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we hope to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.

Shipping Method
Most orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Services (USPS). Typically orders will be shipped using USPS Priority mail, unless otherwise specified during checkout. Occasionally UPS or FEDEX shipping services may be used. Most packages will be delivered within 5 to 10 days of shipment, but can take up to two weeks depending on season. Please allow for more shipping time during peak shipping seasons such as holidays.
